What We Do
We work with families who experience or are threatened with domestic violence and to increase the community’s awareness of this pervasive problem.
Our Mission
The Moyonna C. Tillman Foundation Inc. is focused on advocating for victims of domestic violence and mental health by promoting awareness, providing educational resources, and empowering survivors. We will strive to build trust within the communities and with families impacted by domestic violence and affected by mental illness.
“Losing Moyonna inspired us to take action and to envision a world where no family has to endure such a loss. Everyone deserves a safe environment where they feel empowered to live free from harm.”
— Muhammad Taylor, Vice-Chairperson and Moyonna’s Father
